How smart is Smart Charge?

The UK needs many more chargers, so it's encouraging to see just how many the supermarket, Sainsbury's, have installed in just over a year. I visited their Smart Charge hub in Richmond to talk to Product Director, Richard Hackforth-Jones about why they started it, why they chose Kempower chargers, and why is public charging so damn expensive?!
